Knockin Now Has Its Own Domain — We've Moved to knockin.info

Most announcements lead with what's changing. This one leads with what isn't.

Knockin now has its own domain: knockin.info. The website, the templates, the pricing, and this blog all live there now. What hasn't changed is the part you actually use — the app at app.knockin.info, your card, your Knowledge, and your Credits are exactly where you left them.

If you found us through luciusai.com, welcome. Knockin started as a personal introduction tool inside the Lucius ecosystem, and it has grown into a product with a front door of its own.

Why Knockin has its own front door

When we introduced Knockin earlier this month, it shared a domain with Lucius AI — the team-side product it grew out of. That made sense while the concierge was finding its audience. But a personal introduction is not a team workflow: the person who builds a Knockin card is often a founder, a freelancer, a seller, or a creator who has no reason to visit a team-support product's website.

Giving Knockin its own domain makes the product easier to find and easier to share — one clean link, no path attached. It also fits the name. When opportunities come knockin', they should knock on your door, not on a subfolder.

What changed — and what didn't

Old links to luciusai.com/knockin and its subpages — pricing, templates, the feature pages — now redirect to the new addresses automatically. If you arrive through one of them, you lose nothing but a redirect.

If you have already shared your Knockin link or bookmarked the old blog, here is the short version:

  • Product links (luciusai.com/knockin and its subpages) keep working through redirects — no urgency.
  • Blog links are the one place to act: posts now live at knockin.info/blog, so update bookmarks that point at the old blog.
  • Your card's share link comes from the app, which hasn't moved — it works exactly as before.

If you are refreshing a bio, an email signature, or a printed QR code, point it at knockin.info — the shorter, permanent address.

Knockin and Lucius: one ecosystem, two doors

Knockin didn't leave the Lucius ecosystem — it graduated within it. Lucius AI builds AI teammates for teams: customer support, community operations, and back-office work on Discord, Telegram, Slack, and Lark. Knockin is the personal end of the same idea — an introduction that can speak for you when you are not in the room.

Many people will only ever need one of the two. If you run a community or a support queue, the team-side work happens at Lucius. If you want your bio to answer back, you are already in the right place.

Conclusion

Knockin now lives at knockin.info — same concierge, same card, same three steps: build, refine, share. The only thing that changed is the address on the door.

Your app, your account, and your visitors needed nothing from this move, and that was the point: a new front door, with nothing behind it rearranged.

If you haven't built yours yet, start here. It takes minutes and no credit card. New to the product? Begin with what Knockin is, or follow the step-by-step guide from signup to a LIVE card.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to move my account or my card?
No. The app has always run at app.knockin.info and nothing about it changed. Your card, your Knowledge, your conversations, and your Credits are exactly where you left them — there is nothing to migrate.
Will my old links keep working?
Product links (luciusai.com/knockin and its subpages, like pricing and templates) redirect automatically to knockin.info. Old blog URLs, however, now live at knockin.info/blog — if you bookmarked a specific post, update it to the new address.
Did pricing or features change?
No. Pricing, templates, and the concierge's behavior are exactly the same. The move changed where Knockin lives on the web, not what Knockin does.
Why did Knockin get its own domain?
A personal introduction is not a team workflow. Knockin's audience — founders, freelancers, sellers, creators — had no reason to visit a team-support product's website. One clean link, no path attached, fits both the product and the name: when opportunities come knockin', they should knock on your door.
